David Whitfield

• David has 14 years in Local Government in building and development assessment
• 4 years as a private consultant
• Over 10 years experience in residential and commercial construction

He has a keen interest in solar/sustainable design with studies in environmental science, social ecology and building surveying which he has taught at TAFE over the last three and a half years.

• Qualifications in environmental science, building construction, building surveying and art.
• Registered as Building Control consultant with the Australian Institute of Building (AIB)

Kate Wall

• Kate has designed and drafted for projects from garages to multi-dwellings developments, and worked on plans for cafes, caravan parks and a horse training facility.
• Kate is skilled in CAD drafting and colour rendering
• Kate started her design career in theatre design with a focus on children/youth theatre
• She spent over 10 years in public administration in Information Technology (IT), as a business analyst and manager
• Her administrative and analytical skills are used in supporting development proposals from its first concept, through to the lodgement of the development application and onto construction certificate submission
• Kate has a keen interest in design she studied Building Design at OTEN (TAFE NSW)
• Qualifications in Theatre Design (NIDA) and a Bachelor degree in literature/theatre.
